Kyndell Ethridge

Hi, it's Kyndell!

I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Trainer. 

Fitness has been a constant in my life—from playing Division I softball to running half marathons and competing in HYROX. Today, I work with people of all fitness levels who want to get stronger, move better, and feel good doing it. My goal is to make training challenging but realistic, helping you build confidence, consistency, and a body you feel proud of!
